UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Every VTtee item is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 working days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

Standard UK delivery usually takes a further 2–3 working days after dispatch. Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 4–8 working days of being placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be longer during busy periods, bank holidays or because of circumstances outside our control.

DELIVERY CHARGES

The available delivery service and its cost will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

TRACKING

If tracking is available for your order, the details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
